Hiett & Associates was founded on September 1st, 1995, by property manager Paul Hiett with just a single management portfolio of clients. The company grew and evolved over the years but has maintained the family name of Hiett & Associates. Now a father and son family-owned and operated company, we thrive on helping our local El Paso community.

At Hiett & Associates, we focus on full-service real estate, specializing in management, brokerage, and leasing. We have an extensive portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties consisting of shopping centers, industrial warehouses, office buildings, homeowners associations, apartments, and single-family residential homes.

We are active in several real estate organizations, including the Institute of Real Estate Management, better known as IREM, CCIM, The Greater El Paso Association of Realtors, Better Business Bureau, and the Credit Bureau of El Paso.
