Paul Hiett, CPM

Paul Hiett, CPM is president of Hiett & Associates Property Management LLC and holds the certified property manager designation, CPM. Hiett & Associates also holds the covetted accredited management organization designation, AMO, established by following the required rigid insurance guidelines and ehthics procedures outlined by the National Institute of Real Estate Management, IREM, and National Association of Realtors, NAR.

Paul started in the real estate business in 1972 and since that time was licensed as a texas real esate agent and in 1980 a texas real estate broker with well over 40 years of real estate experience in leasing, managing and brokering real estate in el paso, texas.

Paul was mentored by local el paso real estate legends like Harry and Ben Dewitt with Dewitt & Rearick Realtor; Arron Wechter of Wechter Properties and Pat Anderson with Anderson Property Management.

Paul has been a member or held positions in the Institute of Real Esate Management, the National Association of Realtors, the El Paso Apartment Assocations, and the El Paso IREM chapter #84 to name a few.

Paul is actively working with bank trusts, institutional lenders and national retail tenants in the management and leasing of their reo portfolios and their real estate investments.
